Start at V1, not zero.
V1 turns event footage into a reviewable first cut in hours, so your producer begins with something to respond to instead of an empty timeline.

Your producer starts with a version—not a folder.
V1 handles the repetitive work between footage capture and creative review: processing, organizing, selecting, structuring and assembling a first pass. The team keeps control of the decisions that make the work good.

Footage in. V1 Ready.
Footage
Upload mixed footage from the event team, creators and cameras.
V1 Ready
Footage becomes a structured, reviewable first cut in hours.
Review
Respond to a version from a phone instead of building from zero.
Approve
Your producer owns story, pacing, judgment and final approval.
Deliver
Receive approved content rebuilt for every required format.
Real events. Real conditions.
V1 is built for real event conditions: multiple shooters, mixed cameras, inconsistent clips, rapid publishing windows and teams that need something useful now.

V1 prepares the edit. Your producer directs what comes next.
The review is built for a phone. Every shot in the cut sits on a filmstrip of its whole clip, with two buttons beside it. Keep what works, drop what doesn't, move a shot up or down the order, drag the filmstrip to start it from a different frame, and type a note where words are faster. Send it back and the next revision is built from what you kept.
Too dark. Use the wide of the stage from 003 instead, and hold it a beat longer.
Story, pacing, judgment and final approval stay with the producer. V1 never decides what your story is.
Everything a producer decides, in one place.
What a producer can do in V1, from the first look at a cut to the files that go out. V1 does the assembly; every decision on this list is a person’s.
Projects
Every event is a project: its footage, its cut, its exports and a step tracker that shows where it stands, on one page.
Review copy
Watch the whole cut in the browser, on a phone or a laptop, with shot numbers burned in so a note can name the shot it means.
Shot by shot
Keep or drop each shot, move it up or down the order, change its length, and drag its filmstrip to start it from a different frame.
Unused clips
The clips V1 left out wait beside the cut on the review sheet, ready to add.
Share links
Send a link that opens the cut with no sign-in. The approver answers Looks good or Changes, please, with a note on any shot.
Feedback
Every note, from a review or a share link, lands on the project with the name of whoever wrote it. Keep the ones the next cut should work from and set the rest aside.
Title cards
Design an opening and a closing card in the card editor: typeface, size, colour and your mark, with a safe-area guide in each frame.
Music
Upload a track you have the rights to and the cut is timed to it. Change the track and the cut is rebuilt to the new one.
Every format
Approve once and the cut renders at 16:9, 9:16 and 4:5, ready to download from the project.
Premiere timeline
Download the cut as an XML timeline, one clip per shot, and keep going in Premiere.
Notifications
An email at each step: footage received, V1 Ready, a revision, exports ready.
Approved once. Rebuilt for every frame.
One sequence, cut once, delivered in every frame the story needs. The socials are cropped from the same cut you approved, so nothing gets re-edited on the way out. A Premiere-ready timeline comes with it if your editor wants to keep going.
Bring the footage. Start with a version.
V1 works with agencies, brands and event teams on real events. Describe your next event and a project is set up for it.
